Please read the following before arrival
Bring a towel, drinking water, slip on shoes to get to and from the water and swimwear must be worn at all times
There is no wheelchair access into the sauna and it does require a step up into
Limited parking onsite so please plan ahead and be considerate when parking
16+, ages 16-18 must be accompanied by adult at all times
If pregnant, have heart problems, high blood pressure, or feel unwell, please do not use the sauna. If you are unsure please seek medical advice first.
We provide a small changing area and an indoor space to store your belongings. As the space is limited, we recommend coming prepared with only what you need.
We currently don’t have towels for hire but we will bring this in eventually.
You use the sauna and Carbost pier ltd facilities (pontoon/slipway) at your own risk. We recommend staying hydrated and limiting time in the sauna according to your comfort level.
Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other customers and the facilities.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.
No alcohol, drugs, or glass containers are permitted. We also please ask that if you use semi-permanent hair dye that it is fully washed out before entering sauna. We also ask you refrain from using essential oils
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who do not comply with these rules.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Please keep valuables secure at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your visit, except where caused by our negligence.
We reserve the right to modify bookings, services, or opening times if necessary due to maintenance, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative session or a refund.
Refunds - a full refund will be issued if there is 24 hours of notice before the booking, where possible we will try to accomodate date and time changes. Less than 24 hours will be a partial refund or happy to help rearrange time/day. No shows will still be charged. No Refunds on Gift Certificates
